Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery option for all our orders below INR 10,000/-.

Do you charge extra for Cash On Delivery orders?

No , we do not charge any fulfillment charges on cash on delivery orders . Cash on Delivery is free sitewide

What should be minimum order value for COD orders?

Cash On Delivery option is available only on orders above INR 399/-.

Is Cash On Delivery available at all locations?

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.

Can I pay in EMIs?

No, we do not offer EMI option.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address entered by you during checkout, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may, please contact our customer care at +91-9517777222

How can I see my previous order?

You must log in to your account and check previous order details in my order's section.

How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

What are the delivery charges for my order?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders shipped within India . For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 79/- as handling charges (non-refundable). For international shipping, we charge INR 3500 for orders under INR 25000.

When will you ship my order?

We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 1-3 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

All orders usually take a delivery time of 5-7 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days.

What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?

We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, please contact us at +91-9517777222 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

What products are eligible for exchange/returns?

All products except Beauty Tools & Accessories are eligible for return or exchange. Beauty Tools & Accessories are only eligible for exchange if the product received is damaged. In such a case you are requested to take images of the damaged product in original packaging and send it to us

Are products bought during Sale eligible for exchange/returns?

Products sold at a discounted price during SALE/ Promotions are eligible for exchange or returns only against a similar product or for store credits.

How do I return my product?

To return a product you can out in a request under the Returns Center tab available on our website. Post receiving your request our team will contact you to help you with the same. You may choose to return the product to us at your own shipping cost or can request a pickup. Order for which a pickup is requested a nominal fee of Rs.100/- is deducted from the refund/store credit amount. 

In how many days can I expect the refund to be credited to my account?

We usually refund the amount within 3-5 working days of receipt of the product. For all COD orders, we provide in-store credit only.
