Products purchase during the sale will be eligible for returns or exchanges. Items found to be defective will be eligible exchange for the same or similar product subject to availability . Once return request has been placed, it usually takes 8-10 days to initiate refund after successful receipt of the product and product inspection by our quality check department. The refund amount is then initiated to your original payment mode.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID REFUND
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed, undamaged & unaltered condition
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check. It is your duty to ship the product to us at the address
If you are unable to raise a return request please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will process your request. Kindly share your Order ID, product name on the email to avoid confusion.
- For COD orders, refund against return will be given as instore credits only.
- For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
- Banks usually send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
- In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Shipping ,Handling & COD charges will not be refunded.
- COD Orders are not available for International Orders.
